Their Story:

The founder Celestine Musekura, a Rwandese was studying theology in Nairobi during the Rwandan genocide. In response to the conflict and noting how ill equipped the church was for the reconciliation role, he founded ALARM to equip the church and community leaders in this task. ALARM works in eight African countries in the Great Lakes Region and has a head office in Kenya.

In addition to the development of a strong African team of trainers, ALARM will continue to build and develop partnerships with qualified men and women from other parts of the world to be involved in training and equipping African leaders for the challenges of the new millennium.
